Her Health Unveiled
This is a 5-month program for women seeking personalized natural support for their health concerns. We will do a deep dive into your health via an extensive intake process. Gut, hormone, or other types of testing may be utilized, when appropriate.

Together, we will address foundations of health such as food, sleep, sunlight, grounding, movement, gut health, and toxin exposure. One appointment is a virtual Home Detox Session where we will walk through your pantry and home/personal care products, and I will help you make low-tox swaps.

Throughout the program, we will build and implement a powerful plan involving targeted food, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.​
​I will employ other natural modalities to support healing, such as biomagnetism sessions. Biomagnetism involves the placement of magnet pairs on specific areas of the body over the clothes to balance pH. By supporting health at the cellular level, tissue pH balancing aids the body in clearing pathogens and undergoing self-repair.

Biomagnetism involves the placement of magnet pairs on specific areas of the body over the clothes to balance pH.
